Even an uncertain economic climate could not abate the passion of our industry as meeting and events professionals from all over Europe and the world gathered in Torino. They came for the wide-ranging programme and great hospitality and what they got in return was a worthwhile return on investment.

In this opening presentation, Paul Bridle shared his global perspective on the way businesses evolve and, most importantly, how leaders will need to evolve as well. This is one video you won’t want to miss. Our industry is at a crossroads, and MPI is determined to keep information flowing and the energy of our community channeled towards growth and positive change.

BS 8901 Phase 1 & Phase 2 Compliant – Again!
The European Meetings and Events Conference is well on the way towards earning BS 8901 certification for the second year in a row. It’s a big goal and a difficult process, but once again the conference passed both Phase 1 (planning) and Phase 2 (implementation) third-party sustainable event certification.
